Galveston residents and visitors hoping to hitch a ride on one of the island's long-dormant classic trolley cars will have to wait at least a few more months.
David Smith, Galveston's executive director of fleet, mass transit, parks and special events told the Houston Chronicle that the city is not expected to get its trolley system back on line until later this year.
